Amrah Glass & Aluminium provides commercial and industrial glass repair across Eastern Creek, covering warehouses, distribution centres, office fitouts, shopfronts and the surrounding residential pockets. We attend seven days, board up broken glass the same day so your site stays operational, and work outside business hours where a repair would otherwise interrupt production.

Because in a warehouse, broken glass is a safety incident before it is a maintenance job.
The moment a pane breaks on an operating site, you have a hazard that needs isolating, a WHS obligation to manage, and often a security exposure if it is an external opening. Depending on where it sits, you may also have staff unable to work in that area until it is cleared.
That changes what a glazier needs to do. Turning up in four days with a good price is not much use. What matters is making the area safe quickly, giving you something in writing for your incident report, and getting the permanent glass in without shutting down a line or a loading dock.
So on commercial jobs we make the opening safe first and sort the permanent fix second. Our after-hours emergency attendance runs seven days for exactly this reason.
Eastern Creek is one of Sydney’s largest logistics precincts, and the glass across these sites is not the glass in a house.
We handle the same range across the estates at Glendenning and Kings Park, so the profiles and hardware in these buildings are familiar to us.
Forklifts. By a wide margin the leading cause. A pallet corner clipping an office partition, a tine catching a vision panel, a load shifting against a window. If the same panel keeps getting hit, the answer is not a stronger pane, it is repositioning the traffic route or adding a bollard, and we will say so rather than sell you the same repair every quarter.
Loading dock impacts. Trucks reversing, dock levellers, strapping under tension letting go.
Break-ins after hours. Industrial estates are quiet at night. Ground-level windows, reception glass and door sidelights are the usual entry points. Laminated glass is the genuine fix here, because it holds together in the frame when struck instead of dropping out, turning a fast quiet entry into a slow loud one.
Heat and structural movement. Large fixed panels on west-facing office elevations take serious thermal load out here, and steel-framed buildings move more than brick. Both crack glass without anyone touching it.
Storms and hail. Western Sydney gets hit hard, and warehouse offices with large glazed frontages are exposed.
Yes, and this is usually the first question a facilities manager asks.
We hold current public liability insurance and can supply the certificate of currency before attending. We complete site inductions, work to your SWMS requirements or provide our own, sign in through your visitor or contractor system, and follow site PPE rules.
For sites running shifts, we can attend outside operating hours or during a planned shutdown window so the repair does not cost you production time. That is often cheaper for you overall than a daytime job that stops a dock.
For multi-site facilities managers, we can quote a standing arrangement across your portfolio rather than treating each incident as a new relationship. We do this for clients with premises in Prospect and up on the North Shore around Artarmon.
Toughened safety glass is mandatory under AS 1288 in doors, in low-level glazing and in any panel people can walk into. In workplaces the interpretation is stricter than in homes, because the traffic is heavier and the risk assessment is different.
Laminated glass for external ground-level openings, reception frontages and anywhere security matters. It also cuts motorway noise, which is relevant given the M4 and M7 run either side of this precinct.
Polycarbonate or wired glass alternatives in high-impact zones where glass keeps failing. Sometimes the right answer is not glass at all, and we would rather tell you that than keep replacing panels.
Tinted or low-E glass on west-facing office elevations. Warehouse offices out here get uncomfortably hot, and better glazing reduces the load on the air conditioning noticeably.
Fire-rated glazing where the building’s fire compartmentation requires it. If a damaged panel forms part of a fire-rated wall, it cannot be replaced with ordinary glass, and getting that wrong creates a compliance problem at your next inspection. We check the drawings rather than guess.
Yes. The raceway, dragway and surrounding event infrastructure have their own glazing needs, including control room and tower glass, spectator area panels, and commercial tenancies on site.
Event venues usually need work completed between events rather than during them, and we schedule around that.
The residential population here is small, but we cover it, along with the adjoining streets toward Rooty Hill and Minchinbury.
The work is standard residential glazing. Aluminium sliding and awning windows, sliding door glass and rollers, shower screens, wardrobe mirror doors, and cracked panes from hail or backyard sport. Panes are cut at our Oxford Street glass yard and fitted in one visit for standard sizes.
Heat is the main local factor, same as everywhere in this corridor. If you are replacing a west-facing window anyway, tinted or low-E glass is worth the small extra cost.
Commercial pricing depends on glass type, panel size, access, site requirements and timing. A roller door vision panel is a small job. A four metre office partition needing two people, a lift and an after-hours attendance is not.
We quote in writing with the glass specification stated, so your facilities or procurement team has what it needs for approval. The quoted figure is what gets invoiced. For urgent make-safe work we can attend first and quote the permanent repair afterwards, which is usually what a site actually needs.
For residential jobs, send photos and rough measurements on WhatsApp and we will give you a fixed price. If your site or home sits outside this precinct, the areas we service across Sydney sets out where else we work, including the Greystanes industrial belt.
Can you attend outside business hours so we do not stop production?
Yes. Night and weekend attendance is standard for us on commercial sites.
Do you have public liability insurance and can you provide a certificate?
Yes. We supply a current certificate of currency on request before attending.
Our roller door vision panel keeps getting broken. What can we do?
Replacing it repeatedly is expensive. Look at the traffic route, add protection, or switch to a higher-impact material. We will assess it with you rather than just re-glaze it.
Can you make our site safe immediately if we cannot approve a full repair yet?
Yes. We board up or make safe the same day and quote the permanent repair separately.
Do you replace fire-rated glass?
Yes, where it is specified. We confirm the rating from the building documentation before ordering, because ordinary glass in a fire-rated wall is a compliance failure.
Do you work with facilities managers across multiple sites?
Yes. We can set up a standing arrangement rather than quoting each incident from scratch.
Do you do residential work in Eastern Creek too?
Yes. The residential area is small but fully covered, same day where possible.
